SURVIVORS: his wife, Kathleen Nelson Beaton of Beaufort; four sons, Antonio Beaton of Beaufort, Bramfort Beaton of Ridgeland, Gary Bolden and Lance Bolden, both of North Carolina; three daughters, Samona Nelson of Ridgeland, Katreena Beaton and Anita Frazier, both of Beaufort; three brothers, Deacon Joe L. Beaton, Elwin Beaton Jr. and Wilbur Beaton, all of Ridgeland; a sister, Viola Gregory of New York City; and six grandchildren.
