Zedith Griffith HARRISBURG
Services for Zedith Griffith, 81, of Cicero and formerly of Harrisburg will be at 1 p.m. today in the Gaskins Funeral Home, with burial in the Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home until 1 p.m. today. Mrs. Griffith died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 13, 1937 [error:1987], at home. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Dorrisville Social Brethren Church. She was born July 22, 1905, in Harrisburg to Edward Dowdy and Anna Aldridge Dowdy. She married Harley Griffith, who died in 1962. Survivors include three sons, Dwight Griffith, Kenneth Griffith and Wendell Griffith, all of Cicero; one stepdaughter, Angel Wolak of Cicero; two brothers, Theodore Dowdy of Harrisburg, and Glenn Dowdy of Michigan; one sister, Mary Lou Chambers of Benton, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren.
