Mrs. Thelma Lauderback, 85, of Flora, IL, died at 7:40a.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Flora Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Flora, IL.
Thelma was born on April 25, 1927, in Flora, IL. Her parents are the late Heber and Cleo (Nash) Persinger of Flora. In 1946, Thelma married Robert W.M. "Bill" Lauderback in Morgan Field, KY.
More than anything, Thelma loved her family. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Flora.
Mrs. Lauderback is survived by 2 children, Judy Land and Robert Lauderback. Four grandchildren, Tony and Scott Land, Angel Walden, and Jodi Engelmeier. Nine great-grandchildren, Lizabeth, Allie and Bianca Engelmeier, Cody Houston, Katelyn and Colton Land, Cameron, Alyssa, and Morgan Walden. Thelma is also survived by her extended family and countless friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Heber & Cleo Persinger, and her husband Robert W.M. "Bill" Lauderback, 6 brothers and 1 sister.
Funeral services were held at Byrd & Kohn Funeral Home.
