Barbara Osborn, age 82, of Holland, died Monday, May 28, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Jameson Osborn, in 1979, two sons, Richard Percy Osborn in 1973 and Steven Matthew Osborn in 1978 In 1988 she moved to Holland from Dearborn and served on the Herrick District Library as a trustee for 9 years. She was a member of Hope Reformed Church and Park Christian Reformed Church. Barbara graduated from Holland High School. She received her A.B. and M.A. degrees from the University of Michigan. She taught secondary education at River Rouge High School.
