Born in Nashua, N.H., January 11, 1985, she was the daughter of Thomas J. III and Glenda Rae (Nelson) Moore.
Heather attended Proctor High School in earlier years. She was a certified nursing assistant currently working at Meadow View Nursing and Respiratory Care Center in Williamstown, N.J. In addition, she was a student at Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing in Camden, N.J.
She was a magnificent woman dearly loved by her family. She had many talents and was very caring. She volunteered at Adventure Aquarium in Camden, N.J. She enjoyed all animals.
Surviving family members include her mother, Glenda Rae Hammond of Clayton, N.J.; one brother, Sean M. Morrissey and his fiancée Lindsey Mitchell of Exeter, N.H.; a stepbrother, Timo Dubynin-Moore of Philadelphia, Pa.; one stepsister, Ariana Dubynin LaCoste of Calif.; her maternal grandfather, Wallace S. Nelson Jr. of Fair Haven, Vt.; aunts and uncles, Charlene Doane and her husband Don of Poultney, Vt., Wallace S. Nelson III and his wife Darlene of Alamagorda, N.M., and John C. Nelson and his wife Lisa of Blacksburg, S.C.; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Thomas J. Moore III.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 7, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Roberts-Aubin Funeral Home, 266 Allen Ave., Poultney, Vt. A service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. during the calling hours with the Rev. Paul Koons officiating. A graveside service will be conducted later in the spring in Poultney Cemetery, Poultney, Vt.
