Ship Manifest lists she was Married, a Housemaker, aged 19, could read/write Slovak. Destination was Massillon, OH, to be with Husband, listed as Daniel, RFD #1.
List height as 5'5", and born in Vazec, Slovakia. (Info from Ancestry.com)

IN 1920 CENSUS:
The 1920 US Census had husband/wife Daniel & Susie Bocko living at 1515 Kent Street, Perry Twp, Massillon Ward 1, Stark Cnty, OH, listed as "Boarders" with:
Prazniak Family (Mike and his wife Susie (assumption is she is Susie (nee Bocko) the sister of Daniel Bocko), and two Elavsky brothers (assumption, one of the Elavsky men weds Mary (nee Bocko).

PER 1930 CENSUS:
Per US census in April-1930, Daniel & Susie were living in Massillon City Limits, Ward 1, city of Massillon, Stark County, OH (renting home at: 817 Wetmore St S.E., with their five children:

1) Anna Bocko....... aged 10 (Nov4,1920-Died Nov4,1999), (wed to Paul Garver (appx 1938-1939? Married on 1940 Census), then second spouse, Paul Zimmer on 24July1948)

2) Daniel Bocko....aged 6 (Mar15,1924-Died May31,2005); Memorial here, #104562971)

AFTER 1930:
Daniel Bocko had 'shell shock' from WWI, had been 'gassed' in the war, and was quite ill. His 1943 death certificate indicates his "length of stay at the Stark County Home since 6/6/1927".
Unknown if there was a divorce between Susie & Daniel before or after 1930 (Daniel Bocko death certf has status marked as "divorced"); checked with Stark County Probate on 08Aug2017 & awaiting their response re: a divorce (the 1930 Census lists "married", and it lists Matthew Chovan as a 'boarder' in their home.)

SPOUSE #2:
Assumption: Susie eventually marries(?) Matthew Chovan (who was listed as "Boarder" at Bocko home in 1930 Census); unproven as marriage record not found at Stark County Probate office as of 08Aug2017 during visit to check for a marriage record.

LATER CHILDREN:
Susie & Matt Choven have twins, Matthew Roy & Ruth (born 24July1932) for total of seven (7) living children as of 1933.
NOTE: Unknown if two sons born (Milan 1928 & Emil 1929) were Dan Bocko's, or Matt Chovan's (since 1930 Census lists head/wife as Daniel & Susie Bocko, and all five children listed with Bocko name, yet birth record from Massillon Vital Records office for Emil (born 1929) lists Matthew Chovan as father.)

ACCIDENT/DEATH:
Per newspaper, "Evening Independent", Massillon OH, Susie died at age 33 in a car accident on Saturday 13Oct1934 (see image of newspaper); and Matt Chovan is injured but survives.

FUNERAL:
Her funeral was 16Oct1934, and interment at Lutheran Cemetery, West Lebanon, OH.

SPOUSE #2 DEATH:
Matthew Chovan, stepfather to her children with Daniel Bocko, and assumed birth father of Milan & Emil, and to their 2-twins, died five years later, 26May1939, leaving the seven kids as orphans.

LEGACY:
Eventually, the older Bocko children and Chovan children, were adopted/fostered and raised by loving families growing up:
*Ann - would've been age 19 at step-fathers 1939 death
*Dan - grew up with Arthur Smith family (per newspaper mentions)
*John- grew up with Elmer & Lisa Gerber family (per 1940 census & obit)
*Milan- with John & Susan Jacupciak (per his obit)
*Emil- Glenn Nussbaum family (both Milan & Emil were on 1940 Census with uncle/aunt & cousins in Elavsky family (the wife, Mary Elavsky was apparently Mary (nee Bocko), assumed sister of dead Daniel Bocko. The Jacupciak's lived 3-4 doors down from the Elavsky's per the 1940 Census)
*Roy Chovan - Amos & Persis Nussbaum (per 1940 census & obit)
*Ruth Chovan - Amos & Persis Nussbaum
