Third living child born to Andrew and Olive (VAN DER COOK) Weatherwax. Baptized 7 February, 1796 at Gilead Lutheran Church, Center Brunswick, Upper Albany (now Rensselaer) Co., NY. Andrew and Olive later named their last son Henry VanDerCook Weatherwax after Olive's father, a Revolutionary War veteran. This younger Henry (1812-1867) emigrated to Michigan and married twice. He was my great great grandfather.
