MARCH 9.—The funeral of Mrs. W.W. Squires was largely attended at the home of her daughter Mrs. C. E. Brown. Floral offerings were an evidence of the high esteem in which she was held. They were from her family, County W.C.T. U. New Haven W.C.T.U., Miss Inez Button, Mrs. O. Woodworth and Mrs. M Burhans. Rev. Mr. Churchill, pastor of M. E. church, officiated, assisted by Rev. M Hawkins of the Congregational church, both of New Haven.
Out of town relatives present were two brothers, Martin and James Spencer,and Mrs. Pitkins of Lewis County Mrs. J . P. Squires, C. F. Squires, Black River; Mr. and Mrs. George Craig, and Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Coe, Fulton. Burial in New Haven cemetery.
