WELLSVILLE-Donald L. 'Bus' Anderson, 66, was called home by the Lord on Saturday, July 17, 2004 at Beverly Health Care Nursing Home in Gettysburg. Born February 20, 1938 in Dover, he was the son of the late Jonas R. and Ethel (Beck) Anderson. He attended school in Dover and was a laborer for Brocker Steel in York.
He leaves to cherish his memory four sons, Dale Anderson of Pleasant Grove, Glenn Anderson of Dover, Gene Anderson of Parkville and Larry Anderson of York; and four sisters, Patricia Stoner of Dover, Marie Hake and Nancy Prevost, both of York, and Linda Bixler of Glen Rock. There will be a viewing today from 6 to 7 p.m. at the John H. Danner Funeral Home, 822 E. Market St., York.
The service will be 7 p.m. today at the funeral home with Missionary Joseph Henney, of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Special music will be provided by Chester and Marie Burgess. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
