I have traced these two back two more generations in Oppdal, Norway. Svend Svendsen married Dorthea Marie Danielsen in 1878 in Husby, Donnes,Trondheim / Helgoland, Norway. They came to the U. S. New York April 10,1883. Son Martin Swan Swanson died 10-30-1987 Glencoe, Minnesota. Fort Snelling cemetery. A twin son died at birth. Svends son Norman Leonard Swanson died in Baldwin, Wisconsin 8-18-1968. Buried Baldwin cemetery. Martin Wm. Johnson & dtr. Tara Ann Johnson of Belvidere, Illinois are descendants.
