Andrew was the son of Andrew John Miller, Sr & Caroline Gratwohl of Syracuse, New York. His siblings included: Katharina (Adolph Trost), Mary Marie (William Haberle & George Washington Kavanaugh), Minnie (Jacob Galster), Caroline (Carl Trautman) and Amelia Miller (Albert E. Matthews).He lived in Syracuse and Rochester most of his life. He worked as a Bookkeeper for Bartels Brewing Co & Monroe Brewing Company. He was the Chief Deputy US Marshall for Western NY from 1923-1935. He married Agnes Burns in 1896. They had 4 sons: Harold Gregory (Evelyn Kennedy Wilhelm), Robert Francis (Helen J. Curtin), (Rev) Walter John & (Rev) Maurice Joseph Miller.
