Shirley Oubre Dicharry a resident of Lutcher, LA passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2011. She was 74 years old and retired from St. James Parish Health Department, State of Louisiana. Shirley has been a long time active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and on various parish committees. She had a very strong faith and was a loving wife, mother, sister, grand mother and aunt. She taught CCD classes for many years in her parish church. She was a very religious and spiritually inspired person. She strongly believed in family first. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Ralph, for 54 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
