MCAULAY, MARGARET NICHOLE, "MAGGIE", 78, of Oak St., Pictou, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2003 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late William Mitchell and Mary (Cullen) MacLennan. Margaret was a loving mother and grandmother and a past member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 16, Pictou. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her two sons Kenneth W. and Richard K. (Helene), both of Pictou; three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John James, daughter Mary Ellen; brother Thomas MacLennan; and sister Helen Cameron. The funeral service was held Tuesday from the McLaren Funeral Home Chapel, Pictou, with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. Burial will be in Seaview Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
