Edna (Garrett) Caudill was the daughter of Benjamin Harrison and Allie (Caudill) Garrett. She married Clarence B. Caudill on July 21, 1944. The had no children.

Mrs. Clarence Caudill

Mrs. Edna Garrett Caudill of Sandlick passed from this life on Saturday, Aug. 31, 1946 at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Garrett, Sandlick, Ky. Edna had been in poor health for about a year and become seriously ill two weeks ago suffering with Bright's Disease. During that time she was taken to different hospitals and given all the medical and loving care possible to restore her health. She was born on Nov. 1, 1923, being 22 years, nine months and 30 days of age at her death. She was married on July 21, 1944 to Clarence Caudill. They had no children. She is survived by the bereaved husband and parents and the following brothers and sisters: Elmer of the U. S. Services, Elma, Edison Harrison, Jr., Orville, and Dorothy Jane and many, many friends. She was a graduate of the Whitesburg High School and a former employee of the J. B. Dick Co., of Whitesburg, Ky. Edna was a kind, sweet girl who made friends easily and kept them. Everyone who knew her liked her. Funeral services are pending the arrival of her brother, Elmer of the U.S. Army. Burial will be in the Sandlick Cemetery. Craft Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
