She was proceded in death by her husband Sammy, and parents George and Caroline Alfano Perniciaro, her five sisters, Lucy Boudreaux, Mary Carnaggio, Josephine Brack, Margaret Barbair, Rose Noble, four brothers Joseph, Frank, Anthony, and Lucien Perniciaro.
Accardo was survived by her son Sammy Accardo Sr. and wife Cookie, daughter Janey Accardo Guillot and husband Mervin, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was a member of the catholic daughters of America court #2080.
Relatives and friend are invite to attend visitation at St. Micheal the Archangel Catholic Church in Convent, La, 9:00am to Funeral time at 11;00am, on Tuesday October, 16,2012. Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery in Convent, La.
