Mack H Nicholson, 76, of Webster Springs died Jan. 5, 1995, in Davis Memorial Hospital, Elkins, after a long illness.

He was a member of United Methodist Church, Curtin; attended Elk Valley Chapel; was a member of UMWA Local 5497 Powhatan Point, OH; was a member of VFW Post 3738 and a Army veteran of World War II. He was a retired coal miner from North American Coal Co.

Surviving: wife, Edith Gregory Nicholson; son, Charles of Beloit, OH; brothers, Thurman of Orlando, Guy and Hoy, both of Copen; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Service will be 11 a.m. Sunday at Dodd-Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with the Rev. Minter Lynch and the Rev. Darren Jones officiating. Burial will be in Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens.
