Franklin Gene Allen, 81, of Cleveland, OH and formerly of Dutch, WV passed away August 26, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic.

He was born May 11, 1938 to the late Charlie Doy Allen and Edna (Riffle) Allen. He was also preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Martina (Cashmore) Perzinshi; sons, Franklin Gene (Peggy) Allen, Jr, NY and Mark Allen, Cleveland; daughter, Crystal Lynn Guilliams, Hill Top, TN and sister, Marie "Molly" Cosner, Burnsville, WV. Also surviving are grandchildren, Keeley Sackett, Nickie Landon and Kyle Morrow; great grandchildren, Dylan, Keegan, Kylana, Adam Jr. "AJ" and Natalie.

He enjoyed anything that had to do with old automobiles and picking a guitar. He especially enjoyed listening to blue grass music.

Family will receive friends Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road, Flatwoods, WV 26621. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Paul Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens.
