Geneva Mays-Aaron, longtime Bossier Parish educator died on December 13, 2008. Geneva Mays-Aaron taught in the Bossier Parish School District for over 35 years. During her extensive career she shaped and influenced thousands of lives. She accepted Christ Jesus at an early age and dedicated more than 40 years of service to Fellowship Baptist Church as the church secretary. In addition, she was a member of the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., a national business and professional sorority.
She is survived by a loving family, nephews Roger Durham, Mark Durham, Keith Durham, Bob Durham and Cousins Elgie & Rose Brown, Angie, Phyllis, Alethea and Joey and many more family members and friends. Good Samaritan Funeral Home
