Patricia A. Covey, 59, of 1676 Hoag Road, died at 5:25 a.m. Sunday (Aug. 26, 2001) in WCA Hospital. She was born May 7, 1942, in Watts Flats, a daughter of the late Eugene G. and Dorothy Ecker Covey. She is survived by a son, Timothy A. Covey of Ashville; two grandsons, a sister, Cheryl J. Taylor of Panama; and a brother, Leon R. Covey of Panama. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Lee Covey. A graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Grant Cemetery, Niobe.
