Maggie Allen Sullivan was born October 24, 1919 in Livingston Parish. She went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, January 16th, at her home on Old River Road in Denham Springs, where she and her late husband of 64 years, Ambrose O. Sullivan made their home.

She was born to Mary Impson and Roy Allen. She was the only daughter with 3 siblings: John Edward Allen, Cooper Allen and Milton Allen. She was a 1936 graduate of Live Oak High School. She was preceded in death by her husband Ambrose and her brothers, John Edward and Wallace Cooper Allen.

Maggie and Ambrose had four children. Their children and their spouses are: Janet and Richard (Pat) Kelley; Yvonne and John Kelley; Michael and Charlotte Sullivan; Douglas and Deborah Sullivan. She was then blessed with ten grandchildren: Karen Parrino, Susan Kelley, Lisa Stutts, John O. Kelley, Jason Kelley, Shannon Johnson, Jarrod Sullivan, Melissa Brown, Michael T. Sullivan, and Michelle Sullivan. Her great grandchildren are: Danielle Estrada; Jaun Buelle; Patrick Parrino; Angela Lemoine; Kelley Parrino; Alexander and Isabella Stutts; Max and Von Bacon; Kaleb, Benjamin, Taeler, Sarina, Jonathan, and Jessica Kelley; Ansley and Cole Brown. The family was again blessed with 17 great, great grandchildren.

She was always actively involved in her family, community and church. She was the oldest continuous member of Amite Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Eastern Star, T.O.P.'s, and the Joy Sunday School Class. She was retired from the Livingston Parish School System.

Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs. Dr. Ernest Graham and Dr. Terry Booth will officiate funeral services in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Amite Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family would especially like to thank Generations Hospice for the compassionate care given her and the family.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Amite Baptist Church Cemetery Fence Fund.
