Johnson, Robert H. 87 April 20, 1925 Jan. 14, 2013 Robert Johnson died Jan. 14 in Portland, he was 87. He was born Apr. 20, 1925 in Portland to Peter Axel and Helma Marie (Swensen) Johnson, the youngest of six children. He graduated from Parkrose High School in 1943 and enlisted in the Navy. He served for the next three years, being discharged as a Shipfitter Third Class. After the service he worked for SP&S Railroad for over 40 years retiring in 1992. Bob is survived by his brother, Marvin; and eight nieces; and two nephews.
