Richard P. "Dick" ASHLEY

Age 90 of St. Louis Park Served as an officer in the U.S. Navy during WWII and worked as a high school guidance counselor at St. Louis Park High School for many years.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife of sixty-five years, Marie.

Survived by children and their spouses, Steve (Heather), Peggy (Mark) Hewitt and David (Denise). Grandchildren Kent (Gina) Ashley, Ryan (Dana) Ashley, Laura (Brendan) Grattan, Scott Hewitt, Stephanie (Brian) Hewitt, Maren (Jim) Hauth, Dana Ashley and Lia Ashley. Great-grandchildren, Lily, Claire, Marcella and Drew as well as a sister Doris Bay, other relatives and friends.

Service Friday 11:00AM at Hope Presbyterian Church, 7132 Portland Ave. S. Richfield. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church.

Private interment Ft. Snelling.

Memorials to Hope Presbyterian Church.

The family would like to thank the Elder Homestead of Minnetonka for their loving care.
