Donna S. Addams, 50, North Heidelberg Township, died Oct. 12, 2008, of natural causes in Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Larry E. Addams. Born Sept. 22, 1958, in West Reading, she was a daughter of Carl H.and Mabel M.(Good)Guldin, Wernersville.

She was a 1976 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School. She worked for 20 years as an advertising coordinator for AWl, Robesonia, until retiring in 1997. She was a member of St.John's(Hain's) United Church of Christ, Wernersville.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by three sons:Jason W.Addams, Orwigsburg; Mark A. Addams, Sinking Spring; and Matthew L. Addams, at home; and two stepdaughters, Barbara (Addams), wife of William Czajkowski, Fort Collins, Colo.; and Corry (Addams), wife of Frank Salomone, EI Paso,Texas.

Other survivors include two brothers, Dale R. Guldin, Adamstown; and Douglas L. Guldin, Wernersville; and a sister, Denna M. (Guldin) McDonough, Sinking Spring.There are also 11 grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 8 p.m. in Lamm & Witman Funeral Home Inc., Wernersville. Friends may call Thursday from 7 p.m. until time of services in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's (Hain's) United Church of Christ, P.O. Box 148, Wernersville, PA. 19565.
