Mrs. Ballinger was 84 yrs. of age when she passed away at her home in Woodbury, NJ.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 yrs., Orla M. "Bud" Ballinger; two sons, 1 daughter. She was a loving and adored grandmother to 2 grandchildren. Beloved sister 1. Predeceased by one sibling. She was deeply loved by her niece, nephews and their families.
She was a 1939 graduate of Woodbury High School. She was formerly employed as a secretary for Public Service in Camden, NJ and was a receptionist for Dr. Herman Gelles in Woodbury.
She was a past president of the Woodbury End PTA. She was past Matron of the Eastern Star, Chapter #109 O. E. S. A longtime member of Kemble Memorial United Methodist Church, she served as a circle leader for the Naomi Circle. She was the past president of the United Methodist Women. A longtime Gloucester County Woman's Republican Club. She was also past president of Mickleton Garden Club. Her hobbies included gardening and playing bridge. She was an avid Phillies fan.
