Fanny (Howe) Anderson and her husband and son Arthur are buried in the same row beside Andrew Howe and his wife. Because of this burial location, I believe that Andrew is her brother and Andrew's father, William, is her father. Because a number of William Anderson's brothers manufactured fanning mills and moved to various towns in Western Pennsylvania, I believe it is likely that William moved to the town of Butler, Butler township, Butler County, Pa at a young age and here met and married Fanny. Andrew had a younger brother, John, who lived in the town of Butler and was a blacksmith. John had several young men helping him in manufacturing in the 1840 Federal Census, one appears to have been married. It is my belief that this other couple was William and Fanny (Howe) Anderson and that they were manufacturing fanning mills.
