Dublin, Ga., Nov 13 - Sunday afternoon, the body of Smythe Burch, official court recorder of the Dublin Circuit, who died suddenly late Friday night, was interred at Cadwell near his old home. Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in Cadwell, conducted by Dr. C.D. Graves, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dublin.
Mr. Burch was a prominent attorney of the Dublin bar, having been admitted to practice law in 1911.
Surviving him are three brothers, J.E. Burch, of Dublin; H.C. Burch and J.A. Burch, of Cadwell; three sisters, Miss Lola Burch, Mrs. V.J. Taylor and Mrs. J.O. Proctor, all of this county. He was 31 years of age.
