Preston E. Anderson, 86, of Bay City passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013. He was born on March 13, 1926 in Bellville, TX to the late Rueben Ransley & Elenora Franks Anderson. Preston served his country in the U. S. Army during WWII stationed in India.
Preston was preceded in death by his parents; son: Winston Eugene Anderson; brother: W. O. "Buddy" Anderson; and sister: Reba Brown.
