Anne Smith, widow of Jeremiah, died about 1729 in Hempstead.

In her will, she left personal belongings or money to Robert Clark, Cornelius Wiltsee, John Cornell's wife, James Smith's wife, and all the rest to Mary Cocks, of Monmouthshire, England. Executors were George Clarke, and John Smith and maybe one more named Mr. Santa(?).

The will of Anne Smith, widow of Jeremiah Smith, dated 3 Sept. 1728, and proved 13 Feb. 1728/1729 by Micah Smith, Elly Thews and John Purdy, is odd.

She left L5 to Robert Clark, the dining table with benches to Cornelius Wiltsee, 10 shillings to John Cornell's wife, and 10 shillings to James Smith's wife.

The rest of her estate went to Mary Cocks, of Monmouthshire, England.

One of her executors was John Smith, presumably her son.

Anne and Jeremiah Smith likely had the following children:

1. Elizabeth Smith
2. Jeremiah Smith.
3. John Smith Sr.
4. Richard Smith.
5. Thomas (1st) or James (2nd) Smith
6. Thomas Smith.
7. Ruth or Rachel Smith
8. Elizabeth Smith
9. Hannah Smith
10. Ann Smith.
