Ethel Lee Fulk, 92, daughter of Joe and Rachael Ice Rees, was born Dec. 17, 1898, in the Grandview community near Houston. She died December 1, 1991, at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. She attended the Grandview School and married Mack C. Fulk September 20, 1922, at the home of the Rev. Wilford Ice in that community. She was a member of the Grandview Baptist Church, later moving her membership to the Elk Creek Baptist Church. About four years ago, she went to live with her daughter and son-in-law at Cabool. She was preceded in death by her husband. Mack; one son, Edgar; one daughter, Vera Lovene; and one brother, Virgil Rees. Surviving arc two sons, Robert and Delbert of Houston; two daughters, LaVonne Lay of Gardner, Kans., and Zella Mackey of Cabool; five sisters, Ada Fulk and Myrtle Ward of Cabool, Bertha Hobbs of Mexico, Mo., Ruth Lay of Columbia and Ruby Swisher of Cabool; three grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Services were Dec. 4 at the Ozark Baptist Church with the Rev. Gordon Rhodes and the Rev. Kendall Ford officiating. Burial was in the Ozark Cemetery under the direction of Elliott-Gentry Funeral Home of Cabool.
