Helen E. Stansell, 90, Normal, passed away at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 9, 2013) at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal.
She was born Aug. 27, 1922 in McNabb, the daughter of Fred and Cora McShane Stansell. She married Allen D. Beyer. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Keith Stansell and her sister, Ione Meissen.
Surviving are two sons, Greg (Rhonda) Beyer and Gary Beyer; two grandchildren, Paige (Kurt) Funfsinn and Sydney Beyer; three great-grandchildren, Damion Beyer and Noah and Paul Funfsinn and sister-in-law, Sally Jo Stansell.
