Although her independence came with a great price, she endured life hard-ships as a good solider. Always remaining true to her faith in the Lord, until passing at 99 years, 11 months and 12 hours old.

She was a woman of strength and dignity, who had no fear of old age. When she spoke, her words were wise and kindness was her rule for everything she said. She watched carefully for all that went on in her household. And was never lazy. Her children stood and blessed her!! There are many fine women in the world, but (Myrl) you were the best of them all.
