Kevin B. Reeves, 50, of Kennett Square, husband of Rebecca Austin-Reeves for twenty-four years, passed on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013. Born May 9, 1962 in West Chester, he was the son of Walter A. Reeves and Marie A. Reeves. Besides his wife and parents, Kevin leaves to cherish fond memories and celebrate his life, his son, Kevin Reeves; daughters, Shareese Reeves, Charish Reeves and Kiera Reeves; three grandchildren, Micah, Felix, and Kelisha; siblings, Horace Brown, Phontel Maxi, Donna Foster-Brown, Lynn Brown, Tyra Reeves-Epps, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Anthony Brown. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Greater Emmanuel Temple Church, 296 Pemberton Road, Kennett Square. A family greet will be held from 12:30 to 1 p.m. prior to the service. Uplifting Life Services are being arranged by the DeBaptiste Funeral Homes, Inc. of West Chester and Bryn Mawr.
