MRS. RUTH W. REED, widow of Benjamin E. Reed, 829 Forest Dr., died after a short illness at Washington Country Hospital this morning at 11 am.
Mrs. Reed's husband, who died March of 1952, was vice president of the Dixie Lumber Company.
She was a native of this city, a daughter of the late James Blair and Susan (Davis) Warner.
Surviving are sisters, Mrs. W. L. Cook, this city; and Mrs. B. F. Young, San Diego, Calif.; and brother, Harry B. Warner, this city.
