Wilma Rebecca Lowry Lambert died at the age of 92 surrounded by her family in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr.Lambert died of natural causes on Jan. 5, 2013. She was born on August 31, 1930 in New Brockton, Alabama. She was born to Leila and R.C. Lowry along with brother, R.C. Lowry and sisters, Delma Johnson, Addie Mae Mosley and Gynette Freeman. Wilma was the wife of the late Bud William Lambert. Wilma was a lomg time member of Capital Heights Baptist Church. Mrs. Lambert's life was revolved around her family. She had a love for babies and flowers, especially roses.
Wilma is survived by her children, Rebecca Campbell (Harold), Robert Lambert (Janice), Gayle Skipper, (Darrell) and Donna Crawley (Rod); grandchildren, Cindy Campbell, Tommy Campbell (Sue Ann), Danny Campbell (Jenge), Susan Myrick (Darrell), Trent Lambert (Kim), Jake Lambert, Shellie Vines (Darrell), Scott Skipper (Tammy), Sandy Argo (Heath), Mitch Crawley and Cristen Crawley; great-grandchildren.
A vistation will be held at Leak-Memory Chapelon January 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Greenwood Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
