NOKOMIS — Angeline C. Kellerman age 95 a resident of Heritage Health Therapy & Senior Care in Mt. Sterling and formerly of Nokomis, Illinois passed away at 11:50 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the nursing home.

She was born October 4, 1917 in Coalton, Illinois the daughter of Luciano and Maria Teresina Loser Costa. She married Kenneth Kellerman on January 21, 1946 in Nokomis, Illinois and he preceded her in death on August 3, 1955.

Angeline worked for over 35 years in the office of Dr. Jack Johnston in Nokomis, Illinois.

She graduated from Nokomis Township High School where she served as homecoming queen. Angeline then graduated from Browns Business College in Springfield, Illinois.

She was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis, Illinois. Angeline was the loving matriarch of her family who sincerely cherished the time spent with those closest to her.

Survivors include 2 children Susan Heaton and her husband Jim of Mt. Sterling, Illinois and Kenneth Kellerman and his wife Sally of Mt. Zion, Illinois. 5 grandchildren J. B. Heaton and his wife Katie, Kenneth Kellerman, Angie Heaton, Joey West and her husband Jerry and Lindsey Foreman and her husband Jason. 8 great grandchildren Makenzie Kellerman, Alex Kellerman, Olyvia Rose Stewart, Carlie West, Ainsley Angelina Heaton, William James Heaton, Lucas Kellerman, Clare Jacquelyn Heaton and she was anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby Foreman in July.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 2 brothers Mario Costa and Dominic "Babe" Costa and 1 sister-in-law Rose Bernadini Costa.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Mt. Sterling with Father Steve Thompson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday at the Church. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Calvary Cemetery in Nokomis, Illinois with Father Dan Willenborg officiating. Memorials are suggested to the St. Louis Catholic School in Nokomis, Illinois. Condolences for the family may be left on line at The Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling is in charge of the arrangements.
