Shirley Ann Brown, 77 of Inwood, West Virginia, formerly of Walkersville, MD passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013.
She was the wife of the late Kenneth Brown.
Born September 4, 1935 in Frackville, PA she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Caton.
Shirley was a member of the American Legion in Woodsboro, MD. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, bowling, boating and parasailing and was also once a majorette. She also loved listening to Elvis Presley's music.
She loved spending time with her family. Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her four sons, Kenneth Brown of Falling Waters, WV, Robert Brown and wife Karen of Murrells Inlet, SC, William Brown and wife Tina of Keedysville, MD and John Brown and wife Rosa of Hagerstown, MD, seven grandchildren, Kenneth Beath, Scottie Knox, William Brown II, Laura Brown, Justin Brown, Megan Brown and Michael Brown, six great grandchildren, Jordyn, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Kenny, Alyssa and Macey, three brothers, Bob Caton and wife Annie, Bill Caton and wife Ruth, Jack Caton and wife Yvonne, sister, Doris Touchinsky and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Yarnell and Mae Stauffer.
