Marvin is survived by his wife, Teri Porter of Butler, Missouri; four children, son Jesse Jay Porter and wife Jacque and their children Olivia and Sofia of Butler, Missouri; daughter, Valerie Kate Ross and husband Mark and their children Katelyn, Mark George, Cora and Madison all of Springfield, Missouri; daughter Rachel Ethelda Duron and husband Danny and their children Carson Cash and River all of Prairie Village, Kansas; son Marvin A. Porter and wife Crystal and their children Dakota and Jordan all of Butler, Missouri; two brothers, Allen Porter and wife Donna and Dr. A.J. Porter and wife Judy all of Butler, Missouri; one sister, Ina Mae Thomas and husband Ray of Butler, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Jewel Fay White and a cousin, Robert Porter.
