Joyce was born July 26, 1925 in Pittsville, WI to Harry and Minnie (Turkofski) Huebner. She married LaMont "Monty" Wesley on June 9, 1945. He died February 7, 1971.
Joyce was employed at Preway as a welder. After the death of her husband, she was employed at Shopko for many years in the Ladies Department. Joyce was an avid bowler and in 1974 she bowled a 642.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Cheri (Gary) Langer, who was born on her third wedding anniversary and two stepsons, James (Sandy) Wesley and Gene (Cindy) Wesley. Joyce was known as Grandma Joyce to Chad, Becky, Bryan, Brett and Ben LaBarge.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant brother, Eugene; sisters, Phyllis (Merle) Lafler and Dorlese Wesley Snyder and recently by her niece, Becky Snyder.
Joyce's family would like to thank Spencer from Hospice for taking care of Mom and keeping us informed on her condition. Also, Mandy and all the girls at Wellington for making her feel at home there. Also, to Dr. Scott Dickman for being there for all of us. And lastly, Gloria for adopting Mom's cat, Annee and giving her a good home.
As per Mom's wishes there will be no services. Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is assisting the family.
