Daniel Richardson is the son of Amos Richardson and his wife, Lucy Caldwell.

FRANKLIN CO., MO, LAST WILL & TESTAMENT: WILL BOOK A (1819-1854) , PAGE 12: Daniel Richardson, August 31, 1820.
In the name of God, Amen: I Daniel Richardson, of the County of Franklin and the State of Missouri, being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this as my last will and testament in a manner and form following, that is to say:

First, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Polly, I give one dollar and what she has got, unto my daughter Naomie I give one dollar and what she has got, and unto my daughter Elizabeth I give one dollar and what she has got, and unto my son Gideon I give one dollar and what he has got and unto my son Amos I give one dollar and what he has go, and unto my daughter Sarah I give one dollar and what she has got and unto my son Benjamin I give one dollar and what he has got and unto my daughter Susanna one cow and calf and what she has got and unto my daughter Lucy one dollar and what she has got, and unto my son Aaron I give one cow and calf and what he has got, and unto my daughter Anna I give one saddle and one cow and calf, and one bed and what she has got, and unto my daughter Dameras I give one saddle and what she has got, and unto my son Daniel, my daughter Nancy, and my sons Clayton, Joab, and John, is to receive their schooling out of my estate to to receive as they come of age or marry and equal part or as much as the rest of my children have got and also to Richard and Benjamin, I give one cow and calf each, and to sell off such property as is convenient as much as will pay all my just debts and to sell off the quarter section No. 18, Township 44, Range one, to pay for the balance of the land and the money that is over if any, to be made use of in the family.

And lastly as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my personal estate, goods, chattels and tenements of what kind and nature I give and bequeath the same to my beloved wife, Nancy Richardson, whom I hereby appoint executrix with my sons Amos and Richard as executors of my last will and testament and which said residue, etc., at my beloved wife's death, shall be divided equally between the whole of my children.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of August in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty. Daniel Richardson, Seal.
