Julia Lee Bailey, 90, of Waldron died Sunday, August 19, 2001 in a Waldron nursing home. She was a homemaker. Interment will be in the Arthur Bailey Cemetery in Prosperity, West Virginia. Local arrangements were made by Martin Funeral Home. She is survived by three daughters, Linda Ferrell of Valparaiso, Indiana, Shirley Cox of Waldron and Betty Shieler of Fayetteville, West Virginia; two sons, Donald Bailey of St. Petersburg, Florida and Jack Bailey of Brook Park, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
