Janice M. Lloyd, 75, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Dec. 31, 2012, at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay. She was born on April 18, 1937, in Neenah WI to Alvin and Sadie Nelson. In December of 1972, she married David G. Lloyd in Oshkosh. Janice graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 1982, as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked for many years as an LPN in the home health care industry. Because of her passion to care for others, she was able to help many individuals throughout her nursing career. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, traveling, crafts and her pets over the years.
Survivors include her husband; 4 step-children, Mark (Judy) Lloyd, Lori Fritz, Wendy Lloyd, and Brad (Jennifer) Lloyd, all of Oshkosh; 9 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Royden (Karen) Nelson and one sister, Nancy (Bill) Blair; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Aron.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at the Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay. Inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh
