Darlington- Curtis T. McDermott, 74, died Tuesday (June 26, 1973) in a hospital after a brief illness.
He farmed in the area until his retirement several years ago. He married Rose Collentine.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. William Korte, Stockton, Ill.; a sister, Miss Effie, Shullsburg; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 am Thursday in Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Friends may call after 2:30 pm today at the Steil Funeral Home, where the rosary will be recited at 8 tonight.
