He was born June 30, 1902 in the Town of Centerville, son of the late Charles and Erma Heckmann Voss.
Lillian Barts and Stanley Voss were united in marriage on August 1, 1925 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove. After marriage the couple farmed on the homestead in the Town of Centerville, retiring in 1972. Stanley was a member of St James United Church of Christ, in Spring Valley. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and playing cards.
Survivors of Stanley W. Voss include his wife, Lillian; two sons, Nelson (Delores) Voss of Sheboygan and Marlin (JoAnn) Voss of Osman; one daughter, Mrs Lewis (Bernetta) Eichmann of Manitowoc, ten grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; one sister Mrs Hilbert (Marcella) Fries of Newton. He was also preceded in death by a one brother.
Burial in Saint James UCC Cemetery, Spring Valley.
