He came to Atlanta from Fairburn, his birthplace. During the late James L. Key’s mayoralty, Mr. Cloud was inspector of weights and measures for the City.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. W. James Cloud, Mrs. John Causby Holty, and Mrs. Herbert M. Carson; three sisters, Mrs. L.E. Wheeler, Mrs. T.L. Jones, and Mrs. Susie Barrett; two brothers, R.L. Cloud, of Deland, FL., and Will A. Cloud, of Yakama, Wash., and six grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by H.M. Patterson & Son.
