Mrs. Jessie Bagwell Barrett, 94, formerly of Jewell Street and wife of the late Thurmond O. Barrett, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Forrest Lee Bagwell, Sr. and Hazel Atkins Bagwell.
Mrs. Barrett was a homemaker and member of Pickens Church of God.
Surviving are her daughters, Judy Barrett Pace, Barbara Barrett Trotter (David) and Toni Barrett Turner (David) all of Pickens; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Frances Brezeale of Simpsonville; and two brothers, Forrest Lee Bagwell, Jr. of Pickens and Calvin Early Bagwell of Easley.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 until 2:30 PM at the funeral home.
