Lee-Ann, 34, of Hart, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012. She was born to Robert and Irene (LaRiviere) Chaffin.
Lee-Ann was a graduate of Spring Arbor College in 2001, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Early Education. She married Timothy Shannon on April 22, 2006, in Hart. She attended First Baptist Church of Hart and was an active assistant with the Head Start Program.
Lee-Ann is survived by her husband, Timothy Shannon; her son, Kelly Shannon at home, and her daughter, Christianna Shannon at home; her mother, Irene Chaffin of Shelby; one brother, Tom Chaffin of Texas; her father and mother-in-law, Dr. Robert (Nancy) Shannon of Bear Lake, and her grandmother, Martha Ann Piegols of Hart, MI.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Chaffin, and grandfather, Alton Piegols.
The Memorial Service for Mrs. Shannon was held Friday, January 4, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Hart with Pastor Dennis Foley officiating.
