In the Albany N.Y. Times Union on 4 Oct 1898 the Surrogate's Court published that his estate was valued at $33,000 leaving money to Jane C. Pratt, Fannie M. Henderson, Lydia A. Sanford, Howard W. Pratt, M. Emma Pratt and Anna B. Moulton. Legal notices published during this time frame states Jane C. Pratt was executrix.
