SURROGATE'S COURT
The will of Jane C. Pratt, the widow of the late Aaron B. Pratt, was admitted to probate by Surrogate Fitts? this morning and letters were issued to Charles S. McEntee and Frank Montgomery. The estate of $12,300 is given to the two sons, Charles S. McEntee, Frank Mortimer Montgomery and Emma J. Boughman with small requests to a daughter-in-law, a niece, and two granddaughters.
