Mrs. Burton Fuller, Bonilla Dies Today
Mrs. Burton Fuller, 70, died earlier this morning at her farm home about two and one-half miles northeast of Bonilla.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.

Funeral services for Mrs. Burton Fuller who died at her home near Bonilla early Friday morning are to be held at the Methodist Church in Hitchcock at 1:30 Monday. Dr. Henry Hottmann will have charge of the service and burial will be in Altoona Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Elmo Borall, Clarence Tollefson, Harry VanBuskirk, Malcomb Van Buskirk, Malcolm VanBuskirk, Eddie Chaplin and Charles Roe. The body will lie in state at the Welter Chapel from 7 to 9 o'clock Sunday evening.

Mabel Inez Chaplin was born May 8, 1878 on a farm near Jesup, Ia., the daughter of William and Rose Chaplin. She married Burton Fuller of Raymond, Ia., June 18, 1899. The family moved to Hitchcock in March of 1902 and they lived there since that time with the exception of two years spent in Minnesota and Iowa.

Surviving in addition to the husband are nine children. The two daughters are: Mrs. Ione Arneson, Tulare and Mrs. Vera McDonald, Detroit, Mich.; and the sons: Roe, White Rock; Ceylon, Robert and Theron, Hitchcock; Harold, with the US Air Force in Fort Dix, N.J.; Russell and Dayton at home. Also surviving are one brother, Arthur Chaplin, Los Angeles, Cal.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three children who died in infancy.
