In Indiana, she taught at Floyds Knobs, St. Ferdinand and the former Academy and St. Benedict College in Ferdinand, Tell City, St. Henry, St. Joseph, Trinity and Mater Dei in Evansville, Elberfeld, Montgomery and Fort Branch. More than 40 of her poems were published in the Inter-national Library of Poets and she wrote a history of the Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand for their 125th anniversary in 1992. She served in supportive ministries at the monastery, and for the past five years, in the ministry of prayer.
Surviving are a sister, Mary Agnes Olinger of Huntingburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. EDT Thursday, Oct. 30, in the Monastery Immaculate Conception Church in Ferdinand with burial in the monastery cemetery.
